Return Process

  Carefully disassemble your furniture or equipment and place it back into its original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included.

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our specialized home furniture couriers to schedule a convenient time for the collection of your item.
